Ingredients -
• 6–8 drumsticks (murunga), peeled and cut into 4-inch pieces
• 1 onion, sliced
• 2 garlic cloves, minced
• 2 green chilies, sliced
• 1 sprig curry leaves
• 1/4 pandan leaf (optional)
• 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
• 1 tsp chili powder
• 1 tsp curry powder
• 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
• 1 cup thin coconut milk
• 1/2 cup thick coconut milk
• Salt to taste
