For Users

• Users must provide accurate information when placing orders or bookings.
• Users must respect vendors’ terms (cancellation, delivery, pickup policies).
• Users are responsible for ensuring that purchased items (e.g., food, beverages) suit their dietary and health requirements.
• Users may post reviews/ratings about vendors. Reviews must be honest, respectful, and free from abuse.

For Vendors

• Vendors must be legally registered businesses or authorized individuals.
• Vendors may list and promote their food & beverage products.
• Any misuse (fraud, fake listings, spam, offensive content) may result in suspension or termination.
• Vendors must ensure their products are authentic, safe, and compliant with Sri Lankan laws.
• Vendors are responsible for accurate descriptions, pricing, and images.
• Vendors must handle orders and customer service promptly.
• Vendors grant Lankaura the right to use their product images/descriptions for marketing and promotion.

Lankaura acts as a platform only and is not the producer/supplier of listed products or services. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of vendor offerings. Users purchase at their own risk; disputes must be resolved directly between the user and the vendor. User and vendor information will be handled according to our Privacy Policy. Lankaura may collect and use data to improve services and marketing. Lankaura may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Vendors and users may deactivate their accounts by contacting support. Lankaura may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform means acceptance of updated terms.
